How to use cosmetic grade gold and silver leaf?

Cosmetic grade gold and silver leaf can be used directly on the skin. Before placing the leaf on the area to be treated, prepare the skin by applying a semiliquid base, like a cream for example. It is important to avoid touching the gold with your fingers by handling the product on the tissue-paper side. To ensure that the leaf adheres to every part of the face, press gently on the tissue paper and then carefully detach it.  To remove the leaf from the skin, simply wash with water or use a mild makeup remover on a cotton pad.
